As the Content Manager, you will be a critical member of the Marketing Team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing on a client-centric content strategy for the global organization. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to connect our customer’s needs with ’s offerings. You will demonstrate the ability to think both creatively and analytically to develop and manage a diverse content strategy comprised of digital content, case studies, blogs, webinars, and other tactics from industry best practices. Excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing, you will manage and execute on the
cross-platform content strategy for the organization
Partner with the sales, customer success, product management and customer
delivery teams to understand the voice and needs of the client and ensure our content plans are client-centric and align with the go-to-market efforts of the organization
Manage the work and deliverables of a broader team composed of writers,
graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals involved in developing content. This includes providing editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
Measure and track effectiveness of content produced as it relates to the
Marketing team’s demand generation goals
Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search
engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedule all aspects of the creation
and delivery of content throughout the year
Play a pivotal role in the creation and maintenance of the company’s Customer
Advisory Board and Customer Quote Catalog
As a member of the marketing team, you will play a critical, collaborative role in
driving high-quality sales pipeline. We are an all-hands on deck marketing team!
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or related
2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Creativity and the ability to develop original content
Healthcare IT experience a plus
Proficiency in latest content trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
Strong leadership qualities
