is looking to hire an experienced Content Writer who has a background in writing content related to Customer Experience.


This role is based in our Markham, Ontario offices conveniently located near Highways 404 and 407. We are focused on team participation and commit to working a minimum of three days a week in the office and an option of two days a week from home.

Position Summary:


As a Content Writer, you will be an integral part of developing content strategy in the customer experience space and putting it into action. The position will be responsible for writing internal and external communications for our company, its partners, and clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create innovative and compelling content that drives the brands forward. This position works with all global offices and reports to the Director of Digital Marketing in the Markham, Ontario, Canada office.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prioritize quality and effectiveness through consistent testing.
  • Do the necessary research to understand our buyer's needs and challenges.
  • Leverage internal product owners’ knowledge and your own research to build a baseline of
  • knowledge about our products and services in healthcare, specifically client engagement, to
  • make them relatable and desirable.
  • Create messaging and positioning that leverages our value propositions to write short-form
  • demand generation content assets (landing pages, websites, email copy, social promotions,
  • press releases, sales pitches, etc).
  • Support long-form content production through writing white papers, eBooks, and authoring blog
  • posts on behalf of the company as well as our product managers.

Education and/or Experience


Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related technical discipline; and five-seven years

professional related experience; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and

work experience.


Technical and/or Domain Knowledge

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience
  • with the following:
  • Writing/Editing experience in content marketing, journalism, or similar roles.
  • Curiosity – always in search of the next story. Know how to find it and tell it effectively.
  • Project management skills – the ability to develop topics and research, interview internal
  • resources and clients, and build concrete communication plans.
  • Focus on business outcomes – experience with direct response marketing, sales, and
  • successful campaign management.
  • The ability to easily synthesize data, use cases, and best practices into compelling stories
  • that engage our target audiences. A proven ability to write about complex topics, and to work in a highly regulated industry,
  • applying legal and regulatory guidance to everything you do.
